After a canceled 2020 season and a lot of our season missed in 2019 due to flooding, 2021 was very, very good to us! We did lose a fair amount of skiers after no season in 2020, but we still had around 120 members who were very excited to get back to practicing as a team and performing shows for our fans! We did not have any flooding in 2021 and did not miss a single show due to inclement weather! Our generous fans contributed to record breaking donations which was much needed after a season of no income and ongoing expenses as we purchased brand new team wetsuits and a brand new jump ramp before the Covid-19 pandemic and cancellation of our 2020 season. We placed 2nd at the Central Region Tournament in Loves Park, IL. At the National Tournament in Janesville, WI, we placed 5th and won the first ever Best Comedy Award given out at a National Tournament for our stage show! The theme was "Boomtown", a reprise of our 2005 show. The show director was Elisabeth Cross with assistant Larry Anderson.
